Heenan Investment Group is a family owned company based in Alice Springs. Since our establishment, we have owned and operated a range of businesses and commercial real estate. Our most successful venture was BIG4 MacDonnell Range Holiday Park, which we  built and operated for 35 years, becoming the most awarded holiday park in the NT. Since we sold this business in 2021, we have continued in our investment in Alice Springs with the purchase of Wintersun Cabin and Caravan Park and Sargent Self Storage. Other projects in the pipeline include an over 50's Lifestyle/Retirement Village which will be the first of its kind in Alice Springs
